Returns Policy
The buyer is entitled to return the purchased products and/or request their replacement, within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because he received a wrong or defective product, or because he changed his mind.
The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with closed packaging and include all the parts and accessories that make them up. In addition, it must be accompanied by all necessary documents such as retail sales receipt, Bill of Lading, etc.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
- Special Orders, i.e. the custom manufacturing or processing of products to the personalized specifications you have set (eg printed packaging items, printed wallpaper, etc.).
- Made-to-order items
- Products that have been used in any way, their packaging has been altered or damaged.
Return Procedure
To start the return process you must first contact us either by email or phone to clarify the details of the return. In any case, when shipping, the packaging of the product must be in a way that makes it protected during the transportation process.
In the case of a return due to a defective product, to ensure that we have a better picture when communicating with you and to confirm with the manufacturing company the acceptance of the return, it is necessary to send us a photo of the item by email. In addition, defective products are replaced with the same products.
In cases where the return is made with proven fault of the store, the buyer can return / replace a product in one of our stores free of charge or we can pick it up from their place at our expense.
In cases where the return is due to the customer’s fault or concerns a change of mind, the return is made to one of our stores or with a carrier of the customer’s choice and at his own expense.
Shipping costs paid to receive the order are not refundable.
