Shipping Policy
In our online store the products that are immediately available are delivered within two (2) working days. For products that are out of stock or upon order, the customer will be informed about their delivery time by phone or email. The orders are executed after the completion of the payment, and the confirmation by us by phone of the receipt of the order.
For Trikala:
Free shipping for orders over € 30.00 within the city of Trikala. For orders under € 30.00 there is an additional shipping fee of € 3.00.
Shipments are made:
- With our own means of transport, during the opening hours of our stores.
- By courier or transport company for orders in inaccessible areas.
For areas outside Trikala:
- With an agency that the customer can choose. (bulk orders)
1) Transportation costs to the headquarters of the agency in Trikala are free.
2) Transportation costs from the agency of Trikala to the customer’s headquarters are borne by the same. - With a courier company and a minimum charge of € 5.00. (small volume orders)
