The website www.liapisclean.gr, hereinafter the “Website”, is managed by the company with the name “IOANNIS LIAPIS” and the distinctive title “Liapis Clean Shop”, based in Trikala, with VAT number 036142859 and D.O.Y. Trikala. Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to read the following terms and conditions. Their application specifically concerns the use of the “IOANNIS LIAPIS” online store at the address www.liapisclean.gr.
Make sure you agree to the terms and conditions below. Your further use and browsing of the website www.liapisclean.gr constitutes your explicit and unconditional consent and agreement with them.
1. Terms
“IOANNIS LIAPIS” reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions. Transactions through its online store are in accordance with its needs and business ethics. In addition, it undertakes the obligation to inform users of any modifications as well as any change, through the website of this online store.

Buyer: Every registered user / visitor who has access to the website and buys a “IOANNIS LIAPIS” product.
3. Payment Methods
Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made in one of the following three ways:
Deposit to a bank account
Your order number and your name must be filled in every deposit. Please, for your immediate service, inform us about the deposit of the amount of money either by email or by phone.
In case of transfer of a payment amount from another bank, the transfer costs, for both banks, are borne entirely by the customer.

All payments made using a card are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece SA and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Our business does not retain or store credit/debit card information.
Cash
on delivery Cash on delivery is available for orders received from our stores and for orders sent within the city of Trikala that do not exceed €300.00.
4. Shipping Methods
In our online store, the products that are immediately available are delivered within two (2) working days. For products that are out of stock or on order, the customer will be informed of their delivery time by phone or email. Orders are processed after payment has been completed and we have confirmed receipt of the order by phone.
For Trikala:
Free shipping for orders over €30.00 within the city of Trikala. For orders under €30.00 there is an additional €2.00 shipping fee.
Shipments are made:
- With our own means of transport, during the opening hours of our stores.
- By courier or transport company for orders in hard-to-reach areas,
For areas outside Trikala:
- With an agency that the customer can choose. (large volume orders)
1) Shipping costs to the agency’s headquarters in Trikala are free.
2) The transport costs from the Trikala agency to the client’s headquarters are borne by the client. - With a courier company and a minimum charge of €5.00. (small volume orders)
In any case, it is possible to complete your order:

In the case where the above shipping methods are not sufficient for your order, please contact us before registering your order.
During holiday and holiday periods there may be changes to our hours of operation and the time when orders are shipped.
5. Product return policy
The buyer is entitled to return the purchased products and/or request their replacement, within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because he received a wrong or defective product, or because he changed his mind.
The products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, with closed packaging and include all the parts and accessories that make them up. In addition, it must be accompanied by all necessary documents such as retail sales receipt, Bill of Lading, etc.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Special Orders, i.e. the custom manufacturing or processing of products to the personalized specifications you have set (eg printed packaging items, printed wallpaper, etc).
“Made to order”
items Products that have been used in any way, their packaging has been tampered with or damaged.
Return Process
To start the return process you must first contact us either by email or phone to clarify the details of the return. In any case, when shipping, the packaging of the product must be in a way that makes it protected during the transportation process.
In the case of a return due to a defective product, to ensure that we have a better picture when communicating with you and to confirm with the manufacturing company the acceptance of the return, it is necessary to send us a photo of the item by email. In addition, defective products are replaced with the same products.
In cases where the return is made with proven fault of the store, the buyer can return / replace a product in one of our stores free of charge or we can pick it up from their place at our expense.
In cases where the return is due to the customer’s fault or concerns a change of mind, the return is made to one of our stores or with a carrier of the customer’s choice and at his own expense.
Shipping costs paid to receive the order are not refundable.
Right of Withdrawal
In the event that you wish to exercise the consumer

“IOANNIS LIAPIS” is not responsible towards customers / users for damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order (except in the cases of paragraph 9. “Right of Withdrawal”).
It is also reserved as to the time of delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure. The online store www.liapisclean.gr cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products. However, it guarantees timely information to end consumers about their unavailability.
The online store www.liapisclean.gr provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations, etc.), the products and services available through the website “exactly as they are”.
In no case is the “IOANNIS LIAPIS” online store liable for any legal or civil and/or criminal claims nor for any damage (positive, special or cumulative, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively concerns loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) from website visitors or third parties for a reason related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or failure to provide services and/or information made available by him and/or by any unauthorized third-party interventions in products and/or services and/or information made available through him.
